The company is led by its founder and CEO, Karla S. Charvel, who brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic consulting, business development, and operational transformation. Throughout her career, she has supported more than 100 organizations across Mexico and the United States, ranging from SMEs to large corporations, in industries such as aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, industrial, food, retail, education, and services.
KIOS was born as a natural evolution of this experience, combining strategic vision with advanced technological capabilities to help companies transform complex processes into more efficient, measurable, and scalable systems. Our approach is to align strategy, processes, and technology to create real impact on productivity, operational control, and decision-making.
KIOS is driven by a multidisciplinary senior team that brings together consulting, engineering, and technology development.
The leadership team includes our co-founder and CTO, who holds a PhD in Science, with extensive experience in advanced automation, data architecture, and applied artificial intelligence, as well as in the design of scalable platforms for complex enterprise environments.
The team is further strengthened by specialists in industrial and process engineering, automation, data, and full-stack development, working in an integrated manner to deliver robust, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
